Exhibitor space for AASLD The Liver Meeting® (TLM) 2026 centers inside Exhibit Hall DEF at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Corporate, academic, and non-profit industry partners can choose from standard floor spaces, private business suites, or turnkey kiosk structures.
Exhibit Hall Operational Hours
- Opening Reception: Friday, November 6 | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Exhibits Day 1: Saturday, November 7 | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Exhibits Day 2: Sunday, November 8 | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Space Layout Options and Rates
Every 100 square feet of booked standard layout space rewards the group with two complimentary exhibitor badges.
- Inline Booth Space: $3,500 base price.
- Island Layouts: $39 per square foot, enforcing a 400 sq. ft. floor minimum.
- Layout Surcharges: $200 for a Corner position; $300 for an Endcap footprint.
- Non-Profit Pack: $850 inclusive rate. Packages furnish standard floor carpeting, one 6-foot draped utility table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.
Turnkey Kiosks and Private Suites
- Start-Up Kiosks: Reserved for emerging market entrants. Kiosks afford a 6x10 workspace layout along a main aisle, a 5-amp power drop, carpeting, a branded counter, and two chairs. Early Window: $2,100 if secured by July 1, 2026. Standard Window: $2,300 after July 1, 2026.
- On-Floor Business Suites: Temporary, modular private meeting rooms built directly onto the main exhibit floor. Small (10x10, fits up to 5 people): $5,000. Large (10x20, fits up to 10 people): $9,000. Deluxe (20x20, fits up to 15 people): $14,000.
Operational Policies and Deadlines
- July 1, 2026: Final funding target to settle the remaining 100% booth space balance.
- July 2026: AASLD hosts dedicated operational webinars at 10:30 AM ET regarding floor preparation and exhibitor registration.
